This role requires a proactive leader with at least 15 years of project management experience, including 5 years in hotel projects. You will oversee all phases from planning to handover and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, all while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience with at least 5 years managing hotel development or renovation projects.
• Proven track record of successful hotel project delivery on time and within budget.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of hotel projects including planning, design coordination, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans for hotel-specific projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with project goals.
