Job summary

Yellow Door Energy is seeking an experienced Head of Project Execution, C&I to lead engineering and project management for solar PV, BESS and grid-connected solutions across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, based in Dubai or KSA.

Reporting to the Group COO, you will drive design through handover, ensure grid connection compliance, and manage multi-disciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders to deliver safe, robust and commercially disciplined projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in solar PV/renewable energy with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering and project delivery teams.
• Strong EPC contracting and project governance experience.
• Experience with GCC Grid Code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Execution team across engineering and project management.
• Provide technical and execution leadership from pre-construction through handover.
• Oversee grid connection and Grid Code compliance for LV/MV/HV.
• Oversee design assurance and optimisation of electrical infrastructure.
• Manage project delivery against scope, budget, schedule and assumptions.
• Lead EPC negotiations with clients and contractors.
• Ensure QA/QC during construction, testing, commissioning, PAC/FAC and end-of-warranty activities.
• Promote QHSSE performance and safety leadership.
• Coordinate with Development, Commercial, Technical, Procurement and PMO, Finance, Legal and O&M.
• Strengthen governance and lessons learned across the regional portfolio.
