Job summary

LT-Larsen & Toubro in Saudi Arabia seeks a Design Lead (Electrical AC) to review and execute engineering activities for PV power plants, including SLDs, layouts, earthing, and cable sizing, and to lead BIM 3D model development.

You will coordinate with Civil/Structural, Instrumentation, and MEP teams, provide pre-bid to commissioning support, and guide the design team to deliver high-quality results on time.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B. Tech., Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in design aspects of Solar PV Power Plants / Power Distribution Projects.

Responsibilities

• Timely delivery of engineering drawings and documents.
• Ensure deliveries are aligned to project schedule.
• Review design drawings and sizing calculations of electrical equipment and obtain client approvals.
• Coordinate with inter-departmental checks across Civil/Structural, Instrumentation, MEP.
• Lead a team of design engineers and draughtsmen to deliver within budget and schedule.
• Support site execution during commissioning and warranty periods.
