Qiddiya | القدية seeks a senior leader to oversee governance, risk, and compliance reporting across the organization, delivering accurate, timely information to support executive decision-making and regulatory compliance.

You will develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, KRIs, and management information across functions, lead a team of analysts, and drive automation and data governance to strengthen oversight.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in governance, risk, compliance reporting and board communications.
• Strong data governance and reporting automation capabilities required.

Mansioni

• Lead governance, risk, and compliance reporting frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Prepare executive dashboards, risk reports, compliance summaries, and board materials.
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources across functions.
• Monitor KRIs, compliance metrics, and governance KPIs; track action plans.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of reporting information.
• Develop methodologies and tools for risk and governance oversight.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and business units.
• Identify trends and escalate governance concerns as needed.
• Support governance committees and executive forums with insights.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory obligations, and policies.
• Lead reporting automation and data visualization initiatives.
