Job summary

Qiddiya seeks a senior leader to drive governance, risk, and compliance reporting across the organization. You will develop reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, and management information to support governance oversight and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure data integrity and timely insights for executive decision-making. A senior professional with extensive experience in enterprise reporting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk, and compliance reporting frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Oversee executive dashboards, risk reports, compliance summaries, and board-level materials.
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple functions and reporting sources.
• Monitor KRIs, compliance metrics, governance indicators, and action plan progress.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, integrity, and quality of reporting information.
• Develop reporting methodologies, performance measures, and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and business units.
• Identify trends, emerging risks, and governance concerns; escalate as needed.
• Support governance committees and board reporting with MIS and insights.
• Ensure compliance with standards, governance requirements, regulatory obligations, and policies.
• Lead reporting automation and data visualization improvements.
