Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية seeks an accomplished financial leader to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance across the organization.

You will provide strategic direction for accounting, ensuring IFRS alignment, internal controls, and governance while supporting business objectives and financial integrity. Lead a high-performing finance team and drive continuous improvement in processes and controls. Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or diversified enterprises is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting function and oversee financial accounting activities per standards and policies.
• Oversee GL operations, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and close processes.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Review and approve financial statements, reconciliations, schedules, and management reports.
• Ensure IFRS, governance, regulatory obligations, and internal controls.
