Job summary

Autobia is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to shape and evolve its visual identity. You will ensure consistency across every touchpoint, working with Marketing, Product, and Commercial to translate briefs into strong concepts and polished work.

You will take ownership from concept to delivery, bringing solid creative judgment and raising the bar on visual quality in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5+ years in brand or digital design.
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity, campaigns, and digital design work.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) skills.
• Sharp eye for typography, layout and visual hierarchy with strong concept execution.
• Proven ability to evolve and protect an established brand across touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Autobia's brand identity typography, imagery, iconography, and visual language.
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and visual systems across briefs.
• Design digital and print materials, campaigns, web assets, infographics and motion content.
• Present and defend concepts to stakeholders and raise design quality.
• Independently manage projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with vendors.

We Hire Builders

We hire builders who see themselves in the decisions, not just the tasks and right now, we're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape and evolve Autobia's visual identity, and to be the person who ensures that identity stays sharp and consistent across every single touchpoint. You'll work closely with the Creative Design Lead, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Commercial to turn business objectives and briefs into strong creative concepts and polished, production-ready work. This is a role for someone who takes full ownership from concept to delivery, brings real creative judgment to the table, and is ready to raise the bar on visual quality inside a company that's growing fast and constantly evolving.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Autobia's brand identity typography, imagery, iconography, and visual language serving as the steward of consistency and quality across every touchpoint.
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and visual systems, translating business briefs into sharp creative concepts and polished solutions.
• Design digital and print materials campaigns, presentations, brochures, web assets, infographics, and motion/video content with visuals that scale across formats and channels.
• Present and defend creative concepts to stakeholders, and give feedback that raises design quality across the organization.
• Independently manage projects from concept to final delivery, coordinating with vendors and agencies to keep every output on-brand and production-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in an in-house brand team, agency, or fast-paced business.
• A strong portfolio spanning brand identity, campaigns, and digital design, with advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, paired with strong conceptual thinking to take a brief from idea to polished execution.
• Proven ability to protect and evolve an established brand, with strong attention to detail and craft across digital and print.
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills, along with fluency in print/digital production and bilingual English-Arabic design.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma for collaborative design and handoff.
• Motion design/video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Photography or art direction experience.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge useful for refining landing pages and digital assets alongside the product team.
