Job summary

Autobia, a Saudi technology company, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to shape and evolve its visual identity and ensure consistency across every touchpoint. You will work with the Creative Design Lead and partner with Marketing, Product, and Commercial to turn briefs into strong concepts and production-ready work.

This role requires owning concepts from idea to delivery, bringing sharp creative judgment, and raising the bar on visual quality as Autobia grows and evolves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an in-house brand team, agency, or fast-paced business.
• A strong portfolio spanning brand identity, campaigns, and digital design, with advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with strong conceptual thinking.
• Proven ability to protect and evolve an established brand with attention to detail across digital and print.
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills, bilingual English-Arabic design.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Autobia's brand identity typography, imagery, iconography, and visual language across touchpoints.
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and visual systems translating briefs into sharp concepts.
• Design digital and print materials campaigns, presentations, brochures, web assets, infographics, and motion/video content.
• Present and defend creative concepts to stakeholders, and raise design quality across the organization.
• Independently manage projects from concept to final delivery, coordinating with vendors to keep outputs on-brand.

We hire builders who see themselves in the decisions, not just the tasks and right now, we're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape and evolve Autobia's visual identity, and to be the person who ensures that identity stays sharp and consistent across every single touchpoint. You'll work closely with the Creative Design Lead, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Commercial to turn business objectives and briefs into strong creative concepts and polished, production-ready work. This is a role for someone who takes full ownership from concept to delivery, brings real creative judgment to the table, and is ready to raise the bar on visual quality inside a company that's growing fast and constantly evolving.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Autobia's brand identity typography, imagery, iconography, and visual language serving as the steward of consistency and quality across every touchpoint.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma for collaborative design and handoff.
• Motion design/video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Photography or art direction experience.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge useful for refining landing pages and digital assets alongside the product team.
