Job summary

Confidential Opportunity in Jeddah, KSA seeks an experienced Government Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government services and transactions for employees and the company. You will navigate platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, and Chamber of Commerce, and ensure timely renewals and approvals.

The role requires fluent Arabic (speaking and writing) and working proficiency in English, strong administrative coordination, and the ability to liaise with government agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Government Relations / PRO / Government Services
• Experience with platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, Chamber of Commerce
• Experience processing Iqama/residency, visas, work permits, sponsorship transfers, renewals and other employee/company government transactions
• Fluent Arabic – speaking and writing is mandatory
• Working proficiency in English
• Strong administration, coordination and follow-up skills
• Open to Saudi nationals and expatriates currently based in KSA
