Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Government Engagement & Approvals Manager to support a strategic Riyadh-based project. The role requires 8–12 years of government affairs experience within Saudi Arabia and a deep understanding of ministerial protocols.

You will own stakeholder engagement across ministries and regulators, manage approval timelines, prepare briefing packs, and coordinate with senior leaders for high-level government interactions. Immediate joining offered.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in government affairs, public-sector consulting, or a ministerial office in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of Saudi government structures, protocols, regulatory processes, and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with ministries, regulators, sovereign entities, and senior government stakeholders.
• Native-level Arabic with strong written and spoken English.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Map and manage key stakeholders across ministries, regulators, and sovereign entities.
• Own the government engagement cadence and ensure effective stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare briefing packs and capture key outcomes and debriefs following senior-level engagements.
• Track government approvals, dependencies, and action items through to closure.
• Convert government support and commitments into clear, actionable workplans.
• Support internal governance requirements, including evidence for executive committee and board discussions.
• Prepare senior principals for minister-level engagements and other high-level government interactions.
• Handle sensitive government and stakeholder matters with discretion and professionalism.
