Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a seasoned Government Relations professional to manage official transactions and coordinate with Saudi government authorities. The role requires ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory updates while guiding internal stakeholders on procedures and timelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with related degree.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulatory procedures.
• Experience managing GR activities in large organizations or construction/engineering sectors.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with government platforms such as Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process government transactions (Iqama, visas, work permits, renewals, transfers).
• Maintain relationships with ministries and government authorities (MOMRAH, MOI, GOSI, HRSD, Passport Office).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory updates, and policies.
• Support onboarding and offboarding by coordinating government documentation.
• Handle company licensing, CR renewals, permits, and official documents.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on procedures, timelines, and requirements.
• Prepare GR activity reports and track transaction timelines.
• Represent JASARA in official visits, inspections, and government meetings.
