You will handle CRM/finance workflows, recruitment support, and daily reporting, while mentoring juniors to uphold high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in remote operations, admin, or project coordination.
• Strong English (minimum B2; C1 preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides/Drive) and Slack.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and meet deadlines.
• Independent and reliable while collaborating across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational workflows across CRM, finance, and internal coordination.
• Manage global calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications across time zones.
• Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports; maintain accurate records.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Research sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and events.
• Maintain daily reporting and high-quality handovers via Slack.
• Coordinate administrative and project tasks with clear priorities and deadlines.
• Mentor junior generalists and promote consistent ways of working.
• Support leadership with operational execution and coordination of key initiatives.
