Jobgether is recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel (Generalist) on behalf of a partner company for a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You will act as a strategic legal partner across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, supporting international expansion and complex transactions from a remote location.

The role requires 7+ years PQE in a leading practice, with experience across multiple jurisdictions.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ years PQE in a top-tier law firm or leading international/regional practice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring, market entry strategy, and regulatory approvals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, service, and partnership contracts).
• Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures.
• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks and translate developments into actionable guidance.
• Manage and coordinate external counsel to ensure cost-efficient legal outcomes.

Educación
