Job summary

Parsons is seeking a GIS Manager - Geospatial Data Systems in Riyadh to lead enterprise GIS delivery, data governance, and geospatial modeling across a major development program. You will ensure data integrity, automate workflows, and coordinate GIS with BIM, CAD, and planning teams.

The role requires a senior leader with 10+ years in GIS, strong governance, and the ability to drive standards across multiple disciplines for critical project decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of GIS, spatial data management or geospatial analysis experience.
• Strong leadership and experience in enterprise GIS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise GIS production, data management, and geospatial support across the program.
• Establish GIS standards, workflows, and data quality requirements.
• Own GIS deliverables and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate GIS integration with CAD, BIM, planning and digital models.
• Develop automated GIS workflows and ModelBuilder scripts.
• Mentor GIS staff and manage multidisciplinary teams.
