Job summary

Parsons is seeking a GIS Senior Manager – Geospatial Systems in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia to lead enterprise GIS architecture and governance for a landmark giga‑project. You will drive spatial-data programs, security, and real‑time intelligence across master planning, infrastructure design, and smart city operations.

The role requires senior leadership, strong ArcGIS expertise, and a track record in large-scale geospatial programs. Must be willing to relocate to Tabuk for full‑time work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of GIS and enterprise-architecture experience.
• Proven leadership of GIS for major infrastructure and smart-city programs.
• Strong background in ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise/Online and data governance.
• Experience with LiDAR, UAV/mobile data collection, and remote sensing.
• Ability to automate GIS workflows with Python/Arcade and ensure security.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise GIS strategy, architecture, and delivery roadmap.
• Govern data models, workflows, and service standards across programs.
• Oversee ArcGIS Enterprise deployment, dashboards, and mobile GIS.
• Lead integration of GIS with BIM, IoT, and asset-management platforms.
• Ensure QA/QC, metadata, security, and data governance across teams.
• Manage international GIS contractors and vendors; mentor staff.
