Job summary

Wonderful is seeking an Forward Deployed Engineer to translate enterprise workflows into AI agents that operate in the real world. You will embed with enterprise teams, uncover operations, and build systems that deliver measurable value through production deployments.

You will lead projects from discovery to deployment, measure real-world impact, and iterate until outcomes are meaningful. This role blends deep technical work with strong customer context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building software or solving complex technical problems.
• Strong foundations in software architecture, system design, and production engineering.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems.
• Ability to bring structure and momentum to ambiguous problems.
• Comfort working directly with customers across operational and technical teams.
• Clear communication, sound judgment and ownership mindset.
• Curiosity about applied AI and its business impact.
