Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a seasoned General Security leader to direct fixed-site security operations across assigned assets in a large, high-profile environment in Saudi Arabia. You will own static guarding, access control, screening, asset protection and post-order governance, with clear accountability and escalation paths.

You will manage both in-house and contracted personnel, ensure staffing and KPI compliance, coordinate with DSOC and stakeholders, and lead readiness for asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security, risk, operations, business or related discipline.
• Incident command, contract management or health and safety qualifications are desirable.
• 10+ years in security operations, including substantial management responsibility.
• Proven leadership of static guarding, access control, fixed-post operations and asset protection across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct fixed-site security operations across assigned assets, including static guarding, post coverage, access control and screening.
• Convert requirements into site-specific SOPs, post orders, deployment plans and staffing.
• Lead General Security employees and contracted personnel with clear reporting lines and KPIs.
• Develop procedures for static posts, access points, credential verification and screening.
• Review post orders, emergency actions and incident logs; ensure audit readiness.
• Monitor guarding providers against staffing levels, licenses, rosters and welfare requirements.
• Oversee changes to posts, staffing, hours and contracted scope with proper approvals.
• Plan field inspections of security posts and screening operations; record non-conformances and actions.
• Lead readiness for new city asset openings and transitions; ensure go-live readiness.
