Qiddiya seeks a seasoned security leader to direct fixed-site security operations across assigned assets, ensuring comprehensive coverage of static posts, access control, screening, and asset protection in a complex environment.

The role requires 10+ years in security operations with strong leadership of contracted guards, and experience supporting asset openings or transitions. Bachelor's degree and professional certifications are preferred; GCC knowledge is advantageous.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recognised qualification in security, risk, operations, business or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, CSMP or PSP are desirable.
• Experience with incident command, contract management or health and safety qualifications is desirable.
• 10+ years in security operations with leadership responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and assure fixed-site security operations across assets and critical infrastructure.
• Lead static guarding, access control, screening and asset protection across multiple locations.
• Develop site procedures, post orders, deployment plans and staffing requirements.
• Oversee contracted personnel, ensure licensing, compliance, and service quality.
• Plan field inspections, track non-conformances and verify corrective actions.
• Coordinate with DSOC and stakeholders on incidents, escalations and investigations.
• Ensure readiness for new city asset openings and operational transitions.
