Job summary

Qiddiya in Riyadh seeks an experienced cybersecurity leader to direct day-to-day IT, network/infrastructure, OT, and application security operations across ASO platforms. You will oversee MSSP service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement while coordinating with the Cybersecurity Team.

The role requires 7+ years in cybersecurity with leadership experience, hands-on security tech knowledge, and strong governance. CISSP/CISM preferred for this senior position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience running enterprise security operations and platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with security technologies and MSSP management.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• CISSP or CISM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ASO team including Senior Lead, Senior Specialist, and Security Specialist.
• Oversee MSSP L1/L2 service delivery and SLA performance.
• Govern platform administration and security tool configuration changes.
• Oversee the Application Security program and WAF governance.
• Lead vulnerability management activities and reporting.
• Manage change management for ASO-owned security platforms.
• Oversee handover of new security tools and ensure service continuity.
• Coordinate security incidents, escalations, and change approvals.
• Prepare and present monthly operational and performance reports for leadership.
