Job summary

Qiddiya invites applications for a fixed-site General Security Lead responsible for overseeing static guarding, access control, screening, asset protection and site-wide security delivery across assigned assets.

You will direct security posts, manage staffing and KPIs with contracted providers, develop site procedures, and coordinate with DSOC and stakeholders to ensure readiness for openings and transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security, risk, operations, business or related discipline.
• CPP, CSMP, PSP or equivalent desirable.
• Incident command, contract management or health and safety qualifications desirable.
• 10+ years in security operations with substantial management responsibility.
• Experience leading static guarding, access control, fixed-post operations and asset protection across multiple locations.
• Experience managing contracted guard forces, staffing compliance, KPIs, non-conformance and service recovery.
• Experience supporting asset openings, public-facing operations in complex environments.
• Saudi Arabia, GCC, major destination, critical infrastructure or giga-project experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assure fixed-site security operations across assigned assets, including static guarding, post coverage, access control, screening and asset protection.
• Develop site-specific procedures from approved requirements and asset security plans.
• Lead General Security employees and contracted personnel with clear reporting lines and performance expectations.
• Establish and review post orders, access-control procedures, emergency actions and audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor guarding providers against staffing levels, licenses, rosters and KPIs; document deficiencies and drive corrective actions.
• Plan field inspections of security posts, access points and screening measures; record non-conformances and track corrective actions.
• Lead readiness for new city asset openings and operational transitions before go-live.
• Coordinate fixed-site security with Mobile Security & Patrols for reinforcement and incident response.
