Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Specialist - Fixed Assets to oversee the asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will develop policies, provide detailed reporting, and partner with multiple departments to optimize asset utilization.

The role requires 5–7 years in fixed asset management or accounting, strong knowledge of asset accounting principles, and proficiency with asset software and ERP systems. CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in fixed asset management or accounting functions.
• Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• CPA or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Maintain an accurate fixed asset register and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Conduct periodic audits of fixed assets to verify existence and valuation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for asset reporting and correct accounting treatment.
• Prepare and analyze fixed asset performance and depreciation reports.
