Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Fit Out and Supervision to lead complex fit-out and construction supervision projects in Riyadh. You will oversee client portfolios, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure delivery to design, schedule and quality requirements.

The role requires a minimum of 15 years in project management and on-site leadership, with a track record of managing risk, controlling costs and maintaining profit margins while strengthening client

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive project management experience in fit out, construction supervision and construction delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex fit out projects involving technical and engineering challenges.
• Proven record of delivering projects within planned profit margins while maintaining quality and engineering standards.
• Extensive experience in on-site supervision and engineering oversight.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, design specifications and engineering compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership experience supervising and mentoring Project Managers across multiple project portfolios.
• Advanced experience identifying and mitigating construction project risks, including Risk Triggering Factors.
• Demonstrated ability to minimize claims exposure through quality control and effective site management.

Responsibilities

• Fit Out Project Management - Manage a portfolio of clients and multiple fit out and construction supervision projects.
• Direct project execution to achieve technical, commercial and quality objectives.
• Oversee complex fit out assignments involving significant engineering and construction challenges.
• Ensure project activities comply with approved design specifications and engineering requirements.
• Coordinate project management and site supervision activities across assigned portfolios.
• Maintain consistent technical standards throughout project delivery.
• Provide direction to Project Managers responsible for individual projects and broader programs.
• Monitor project performance and address issues affecting successful delivery.
