Job summary

V3 Middle East Engineering Consultants Co. in Riyadh seeks a Fire and Life Safety Engineer with architectural review background to join our team.

You will perform occupancy load analyses and review layouts against SBC/NFPA standards, while developing FLS strategy reports in collaboration with other engineers. The role requires strong life safety knowledge across residential, commercial, stadiums and hotel sectors, plus SCE certification.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Fire Safety Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of Life Safety review experience.
• Knowledge of Fire Protection, Fire Alarm systems and related disciplines is an advantage.
• Must be SCE Certified (Professional or Consultant).
• Must have a valid and transferable Iqama (if non-Saudi).

Responsibilities

• Perform Occupancy load analysis, Fire Separation and Travel distance calculations.
• Independently review architectural layouts for SBC-201/801 code compliance.
• Ensure familiarity with SBC, NFPA 101, NFPA 5000, IBC and FLS international standards.
• Prepare and review the FLS strategy report aligned with SBC FLS codes.
• Coordinate with Fire and Life Safety engineers to resolve FLS issues and report to the Manager.
