Job summary

ADDAR GROUP is seeking a Financial Controller for its sister company in Saudi Arabia. The role requires leading financial controlling efforts, budgeting, and project costing for EPC/industrial projects, with emphasis on IFRS compliance and effective cash flow management.

The candidate should bring 8–16 years of finance experience, including 3–5 years in senior finance roles, and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics. Saudi-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 8–12+ years of finance experience, with 3–5 years in financial controlling or senior finance roles.
• Experience in project-based industries like oil & gas, power generation, or EPC is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS 15 contract accounting, budgeting and cash flow management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and advanced financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial controlling activities and ensure robust cash flow management.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and project costing for EPC/industrial projects.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and strong internal controls across the finance function.
• Partner with operations and business units to drive financial performance.
