Job summary

ADDAR GROUP is seeking a Senior Financial Controller for our sister company in Saudi Arabia. The role requires IFRS proficiency, contract accounting (IFRS 15), budgeting, project costing, and cash flow management. ERP experience with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics is essential.

O&M and project-based industry exposure is highly preferred. The candidate should bring 8–16 years of finance experience, including 3–5 years in senior finance leadership, and strong communication and business partnering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–12+ years finance experience, including 3–5 years in financial controlling or a senior finance management position.
• Experience in O&M, industrial services, EPC, oil & gas, power generation, or related project-based businesses strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, contract accounting (IFRS 15), project costing, budgeting, financial controls, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) and advanced financial analysis.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
