ADDAR GROUP in Riyadh invites an experienced Financial Controller to oversee governance, reporting, and financial planning for a sister company in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead the finance team, drive IFRS compliance, contract accounting, budgeting and cash flow, with 8–16 years of progressive finance experience in project-based businesses; ERP expertise (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8–12+ years of finance experience, including 3–5 years in financial controlling or a senior finance management position.
• Experience in O&M, industrial services, EPC, oil & gas, power generation, or related project-based businesses.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, contract accounting (IFRS 15), project costing, budgeting, financial controls, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) and advanced financial analysis.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
