Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
• 8–12+ years of finance experience, incl. 3–5+ years in financial controlling or senior finance management.
• Experience in O&M, industrial services, EPC, oil & gas, power generation or related project-based businesses preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS 15, project costing, budgeting, financial controls, and cash flow management.
• ERP systems proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced financial analysis.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
