Job summary

ADDAR GROUP is seeking a Financial Controller for its sister company in Saudi Arabia. The role requires 8–16 years of finance experience including 3–5 years in financial controlling or senior management, with strong IFRS, project costing and cash flow expertise.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and excellent leadership, analytics and business partnering skills are essential to drive financial performance in project-based business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• 8–12+ years finance experience; 3–5 years in financial controlling or senior finance management.
• Experience in O&M, industrial services, EPC, oil & gas, power generation or related project-based businesses.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, contract accounting (IFRS 15), project costing, budgeting, financial controls, and cash flow management.
• ERP systems proficiency (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics or equivalent); advanced financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the group and its sister company.
• Ensure robust financial controls, reporting and cash flow management.
• Provide business partnering and leadership to drive financial performance on project-based work.
