Job summary

Siemens Energy in the Middle East region seeks a senior technical expert to lead root cause investigations for major clients such as Aramco and ADNOC, coordinating cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers on maintenance best practices. You will act as the trusted technical advisor and ensure reliable operation of critical compression assets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience across rotating equipment design, factory acceptance testing, controls design, package design, site commissioning, maintenance, and field troubleshooting.
• Proven expertise in leading root cause analysis using methodologies like FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, Kepner-Tregoe, and 5 Whys.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical client relationship for major Middle East accounts (Aramco, Qatar Gas, ADNOC).
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis on compressors and ancillary systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure fast, accurate information flow between client sites, Product Integrity and Core Technology teams.
• Partner with Sales, Bid Management and Service teams to shape proposals and client-facing decisions.
• Maintain rigorous technical documentation to ensure traceability across engagements.
• Mentor junior field service engineers and client personnel on maintenance and troubleshooting practices.
