Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries required.
• CMRP, MLA, CAT level II/III certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and interpret data to reach optimal conclusions.
• Troubleshoot chronic issues affecting equipment and plant availability.
• Provide first-line supervision and act as technical reference for engineers and technicians.
• Lead RCA for major machine failures and drive improvements.
• Prepare routine and non-routine reports.
• Maintain knowledge of maintenance strategies and reliability practices.
