Job summary

Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. seeks a Construction Field Coordinator for a major oil and gas project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

You will oversee field construction activities, ensure safety, and coordinate with engineering and commissioning teams to meet project objectives. The role requires 15+ years in brownfield projects within petrochemical or power facilities, proficiency in HAZOP/HAZID, and strict adherence to Saudi standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in brownfield projects within operating facilities and Petrochemical/Power plants.
• Proven experience on KSA projects with familiarity to Saudi international standards.
• Proficiency in fire risk assessments, HAZOP/HAZID and escape route planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall safety of construction efforts, adhering to client safety rules and standards.
• Promote safety observations and participate in safety programs with client and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence and EHS-5180 requirements for contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct and participate in periodic safety meetings and audits.
• Oversee design reviews for constructability and operability; lead face-to-face field walkdowns with all parties.
• Oversee construction efforts, ensure timely issue resolution, and manage client and contractor interfaces.
• Maintain auditable records and reports; approve weekly progress and cost updates.
