Job summary

Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is seeking a Project Director to lead facilities management consultancy projects from Yanbu/Umluj, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage client expectations, and ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.

The role requires extensive experience in FM consultancy, project leadership, and budget control, with a focus on asset performance and long-term improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering or FM is required.
• CFM or FMP certification is preferred.
• PMP or PRINCE2 project management credentials are expected.
• LEED AP or CEM demonstrates sustainability expertise.
• BICSc qualifications support facility standards knowledge.
• NEBOSH IGC or OSHA training is desirable.
• MBA is an advantage for strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct FM consultancy projects ensuring scope, quality, budgets and timelines.
• Develop project delivery plans, allocate resources, monitor milestones.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (SFG20, NFPA, SBC, ASHRAE, CIBSE, BICSc).
• Provide regular client reports on performance, risks and actions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee service provider performance.
• Oversee asset condition surveys, tendering, mobilization and lifecycle plans.
