Dussmann Ajlan & Bros in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Facilities Management Consultant to guide hard and soft services for high-profile clients.

You will lead cross-functional teams, assess asset conditions, develop improvement plans, and ensure alignment with international standards.

The role requires a strong track record in the Middle East, VVIP client management, and the ability to deliver practical, cost-effective FM solutions. Location: Anywhere in KSA, reports to the FMC Manager.

Formación

• 10+ years Middle East FM experience, with at least 3 years in consultancy/FMMA lead.
• Proven experience managing VVIP clients and handling multiple projects under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance to clients and FM service providers for hard and soft services.
• Lead project teams including FMMA engineers, QHSE specialists, soft service staff, and document control.
• Identify service delivery gaps and develop improvement plans to meet client expectations.
• Manage the FM service provider on behalf of the client with performance evaluations and cost control.
• Lead asset condition surveys and develop tender documents for asset replacement.
• Support tender stage reviews, installation inspections, and taking over assets.
• Develop FM policies and procedures for the client and assess technical and commercial documents.
• Maintain standard FM operations for VVIP sites and implement best practices.
