• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in facilities management or similar.
• Proficient with Excel, Power BI and MS Office for reporting.

Aufgaben

• Ensure ontime delivery of contractual deliverables and maintain project docs.
• Act as liaison between client and FM consultant and organize documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project reports with the project team.
• Coordinate HR-related issues with head office and assist scheduling.
• Maintain project databases and tracking systems for FMC activities.
• Distribute updates and take minutes for project meetings.
