Ninja is seeking an experienced Area Maintenance and Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations across multiple stores in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure equipment reliability and preventive maintenance compliance while managing vendors, costs, and service quality to keep stores operational.

Lead technical teams, coordinate refurbs and new-store handovers, manage AMCs and invoices, and produce regular performance reports with corrective action plans.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site maintenance experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, electrical systems, and PM planning.
• Experience managing maintenance vendors, AMCs, and facilities operations.
• Familiarity with FSM/CAFM systems, work orders, and maintenance KPIs.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and cost-management skills.

• Oversee reactive maintenance work orders and SLAs.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance across locations.
• Maintain refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life-safety systems.
• Manage facilities services including cleaning, pest control, water supply, and waste.
• Coordinate new-store handovers, snagging, warranty claims, and supplier obligations.
• Manage maintenance contractors, AMCs, quotations, and invoices.
• Monitor maintenance costs, backlogs, and vendor performance.
• Supervise technicians, allocate resources, and ensure safety and emergency coverage.
• Coordinate refurbishment, spare parts, inventory, and material needs.
• Prepare regular performance reports and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
• Support day-to-day store operations.
