Job summary

Siham International Trading Co. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, facilities, and technical operations across a high-profile hospitality, F&B, and entertainment venue in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure safety, quality, and uninterrupted service across indoor and outdoor spaces. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent organisational skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or a similar supervisory role in a hotel, theme park or event venue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance & facilities across buildings, restaurants, public areas and venues.
• Lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team including lighting operators, gardeners, plumbers and painters.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate reactive maintenance.
• Ensure safety procedures, compliance and high presentation across all areas.
• Supervise lighting, landscaping, plumbing, painting and general repairs with external contractors as needed.
• Maintain records, inspections, and incident documentation to minimize operational disruptions.
