Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a SME – Sustainability EV Charging to lead renewable energy integration and EV charging network planning across public and private sectors. You will guide solar offset analysis, storage integration, and low‑carbon utility solutions to support smart city goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in clean energy, grid electrification, renewable energy systems, EV charging infrastructure, or decarbonization strategy.
• Strong background in EV charging station planning, rapid charging hubs, easy charger networks, grid impact assessment, and power distribution requirements.
• Proven expertise in EV charging infrastructure integrated with Battery Energy Storage Systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess renewable energy networks and solar integration plans to align with smart city sustainability targets and utility performance.
• Lead layout planning, electrical routing, load distribution and specs for EV charging stations and rapid-charge hubs.
• Support scalable deployment of user-friendly EV charging infrastructure across public, community, mobility, and infrastructure environments.
• Develop mitigation plans for grid constraints, capacity gaps, load balancing, renewable intermittency, and operational sustainability risks.
• Prepare Stage Gate documentation for sustainability-focused power projects and renewable infrastructure packages.
