Job summary

Elevatus is seeking an experienced IT professional to implement, configure, and manage ERP and related business applications across HR/FIN/SCM, service, and content management systems. You will ensure reliability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.

The role includes training end users, coordinating with vendors, and guiding junior staff while driving continuous improvement and integration across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of system administration for complex operating systems.
• Five+ full cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining mission-critical systems.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, maintain and support ERP and other business applications.
• Provide training and guidance to end users.
• Manage engagements with vendors for ERP support services.
• Investigate and resolve ERP-related incidents and fulfill service requests.
• Plan and implement upgrades and integrations for information systems.
• Develop backup and disaster recovery procedures.
