Job Summary

The Senior Consultant supports the delivery of consulting engagements by executing defined workstreams, conducting analysis, and contributing to high-quality client deliverables. Reporting to the Engagement Manager, this role plays a critical part in translating project objectives into actionable outputs while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and clients.

This role requires a driven, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of working in structured consulting environments and contributing to client value through rigorous execution and insight generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of consulting projects across assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to day-to-day client interactions, including meetings, workshops, and progress updates, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support the development of strategies, organizational assessments, and target operating models.
  • Develop high-quality project deliverables, including presentations, reports, models, and documentation, in line with consulting best practices.
  • Support public sector engagements, including strategy development, organizational development initiatives, and transformation programs.
  • Assist in projects related to strategy execution, value realization, and performance management, including the definition, documentation, and tracking of KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integration of outputs across workstreams.
  • Support proposal development and business development activities through research, content development, and analysis.
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to the Engagement Manager and broader project team.
  • Provide guidance and informal support to junior consultants or analysts, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
General Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • 4–7 years of experience, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Experience supporting management consulting engagements in the public sector in Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in relevant consulting practices and frameworks including strategy development, organizational design, change management, digital transformation, development of business and operating models, business case development, initiatives roadmap, value realization, and enterprise performance management.
  • Strong analytical, structuring, research, benchmarking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong teamwork mindset, with the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.
