Rackspace Technology is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Saudi Arabia to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and ongoing account growth. You will build strategic account plans, engage with executive decision‑makers, and drive revenue growth across Rackspace cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and managed services offerings.

Qualifications

• Significant quota‑carrying enterprise sales experience within technology, cloud, managed services, AI, data, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of generating net‑new pipeline and winning new enterprise customers.
• Proven experience selling cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or digital transformation solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation, close, and ongoing account growth.
• Build and execute account plans with pursuit strategies, timelines, deliverables and revenue objectives.
• Develop and maintain a territory strategy that prioritizes high‑value opportunities.
• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and partner engagement.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, renewals, and commercial reviews.
