Job summary

Cloud Consultancy - CCDS in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Encryption / Onsite Technical Lead to drive encryption, KMS, and HSM activities for a major enterprise cybersecurity project. You will act as primary onsite technical lead, coordinating with entity teams, OEMs, and stakeholders, ensuring quality, documentation, testing, operational readiness, and timely escalation of issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 7+ years in cybersecurity, with CISSP

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field.
7+ years in cybersecurity, encryption, or related technical environments.
Experience leading enterprise security technology implementations.
Strong knowledge of encryption, KMS, HSM, PKI, and key lifecycle.
Willingness to work full-time onsite in Dammam.
Experience with Saudi government or critical infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite implementation and coordination of encryption, KMS, and HSM activities.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, OEMs, and infrastructure teams.
Review changes, configurations, and runbooks; ensure operational readiness.
Mentor engineers and deliver technical guidance.
Ensure compliance with designs, security requirements, and standards.
Support incident investigations and troubleshooting.
Participate in governance meetings and status reviews.
