Job summary

Soundlines Group is seeking an experienced ELV Design Engineer to lead the design of advanced ELV systems on large-scale construction projects in Riyadh. You will develop reliable, BIM-coordinated designs, prepare technical documentation, and review drawings and shop drawings for SCS, CCTV, ACS, IDS, PAVA, IP TV, MATV, and BMS interfaces.

The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on ELV design experience, strong BIM coordination, and excellent coordination with consultants, clients, and contractors

Qualifications

• BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of ELV Design Engineering experience with BIM and large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience in ELV Design Engineering and BIM Coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of ELV systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks; experience in preparing detailed design drawings, shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop ELV designs including SCS, CCTV, ACS, IDS, PAVA, IP TV, IP TV, MATV, and BMS interfaces.
• Perform system sizing, cable routing, equipment selection, and technical coordination.
• Review and approve ELV drawings, BIM models, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate ELV designs with architectural, structural, HVAC and ICT disciplines.
• Lead design reviews and client meetings; mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with specifications, codes, and standards.

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in ELV Design Engineering, preferably with strong exposure to BIM, multidisciplinary coordination, and large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience in ELV Design Engineering and BIM Coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of ELV systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
