Job summary

BAE Systems in Saudi Arabia seeks an Electronic Warfare Senior Training Instructor to lead Ground EW training delivery and advanced instruction for RSAF personnel in Dammam. The role requires extensive EW experience and instructional expertise.

You will deliver the EW Officer course, use simulators like MACE and ARMOR, and provide expert briefings while ensuring up-to-date EW knowledge across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years EW experience and up-to-date EW knowledge.
• Experience in training systems and instructional techniques.
• IELTS 5.5 or equivalent English proficiency.
• RSAF operational experience as aircrew on multi‑engine, fast jet, or rotary wing platforms with EW capability.
• Self-starter capable of working with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with RSAF EW Directorate to assess, prioritise, and deliver Ground EW Training per SAP.
• Deliver Ground EW Training including EW Officer course and lectures.
• Supplement training with simulations (MACE, ARMOR).
• Provide ad hoc EW briefings to RSAF or EWD nominated individuals.
• Maintain current knowledge of EW developments and provide out-of-base training when requested.
