Job summary

BAE Systems is seeking an Armament Technical Instructor in Saudi Arabia to lead specialist training, develop courses, and ensure student progress within stringent project timelines and customer requirements. The instructor will design training materials, deliver practical OJT, and support bids with technical training inputs, using IT training aids and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years practical experience in armament systems
• English language ability IELTS 5.0 or equivalent within last 2 years

Responsibilities

• Lead specialist training functions and conduct training for TSI
• Ensure welfare of students and monitor progress toward training objectives
• Design, develop and deliver training courses and materials
• Provide SME input to bidding and training proposals
• Develop training aids and manage training records in TMIS/LMS
