Job summary

BAE Systems Taif seeks an Electronic Warfare Instructor with a strong military or civilian training background to lead and develop EW training for RSAF personnel. You will design courses, deliver lectures, and supervise practical exercises using AECS and related systems, ensuring high-quality instructional materials.

The role requires extensive EW experience, instructional expertise, and the ability to coordinate with instructors and staff to maintain up-to-date courseware and effective training

Qualifications

• Graduate level or equivalent with instructor qualifications and training.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant EW aircrew experience with at least 3 years as an instructor.
• Experience in course design and development of instructional material.
• Knowledge of RSAF EW equipment, procedures and regional context is preferred.
• Proficiency in delivering lectures and practical training to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with RSAF EWS Heads of Sections and RSAF EC Instructors to provide EW training guidance.
• Deliver lectures, practical exercises and CBT content; develop exercise scenarios.
• Prepare lesson plans, POIs, and supporting courseware in accordance with RSAF procedures.
• Act as SME for courseware development and advise on content quality and presentation.
• Operate simulators and supervise practical exercises; coordinate with AECS Software Specialist.
• Mentor students and assess performance across classroom and practical settings.
