The Electrical Construction Manager is responsible for leading and managing all electrical construction activities across project sites, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards, schedules, and budget requirements. The role involves coordinating with technical, engineering, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery across all construction phases.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Lead and manage all electrical construction activities across multiple projects and site locations.
• Oversee site execution activities to ensure compliance with approved electrical drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with technical, architectural, MEP, procurement, and planning teams to ensure smooth construction progress and proper site integration.
• Monitor project progress, manpower productivity, subcontractor performance, and material availability to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with company standards, project requirements, authority regulations, and safety procedures.
• Review and resolve technical electrical issues and provide practical site solutions to maintain progress targets.
• Manage subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, and electrical construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Participate in project planning, construction sequencing, and resource allocation activities.
• Monitor project costs, site productivity, and construction risks while supporting cost-control initiatives.
• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and control of all electrical construction-related activities and records.
• Support project close-out activities, testing & commissioning, snagging, handover, and final completion processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in electrical construction and site management within large-scale construction projects.
• Previous experience in residential, hospitality, and/or mixed-use projects is required.
• Strong background in managing large-scale electrical installation, execution, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience working with main contractors or leading construction companies in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methodologies, site operations, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, testing & commissioning, and construction management processes.
• Proficiency in electrical reporting tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced construction activities and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
