Job summary

Parsons in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of MV and LV power networks in Tabuk. You will ensure reliability, safety, and capacity for major infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of electrical experience, a B.E. in Electrical Engineering, and PE or SCE registration is preferred. Proficiency with ETAP or CYME and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering for large-scale MV/LV distribution projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) status or Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve MV/LV distribution designs, SLDs, protection coordination, and short-circuit calculations.
• Oversee MV/LV substation construction, transformers, switchgear, RMUs, and cable routing.
• Ensure compliance with SEC standards, HCIS regulations, and IEC/IEEE/NEC codes.
• Lead FAT/SAT testing for switchgear and transformers.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and ELV teams for power provisioning and spatial planning.
