Apparel Group is seeking a Senior Manager – E-Commerce to drive the growth of its online business across platforms and digital channels. You will develop the e‑commerce strategy, maximize online sales and profitability, and oversee marketplace and digital operations.

The role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience in e‑commerce with a track record of delivering revenue growth and optimized customer experience. This is a full‑time role based in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce and digital business.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms and major online marketplaces.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with a track record of revenue and profit growth.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, digital marketing campaigns, and plans.
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Understanding of customer journeys, SEO/SEM, and marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive online revenue, profitability, market share, and customer acquisition.
• Identify new digital channels, marketplaces, and growth opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day performance of the company’s e-commerce website and marketplaces.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and visibility.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations.
