Job summary

TAWANTECH in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 9+ years of hands-on experience, especially in On-Premises environments. Cloud experience is a plus.

You will lead customization, integration, data migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting, with strong skills in C#, .NET, REST APIs, and MSSQL, and you will implement plugins and workflows while maintaining technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong On-Premises Dynamics 365 CRM experience with customization/configuration.
• Proficient in C#, .NET / .NET Core, REST APIs and MSSQL.
• Experience developing plugins and workflows and performing data migrations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, boards, work items, and Git repositories.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using REST APIs and web services.
• Develop custom plugins and workflows using C# and .NET technologies.
• Perform data migration, upgrades, and integration-related activities.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Troubleshoot CRM, integration, and system issues; maintain technical docs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support releases, deployments, and production issues; follow CI/CD practices.
