Job summary

Awadiunited is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to implement, configure, and customize ERP/CRM solutions for expanding operations in Saudi Arabia. You will analyze business processes, translate requirements into Dynamics solutions, and provide end-user support while guiding system adoption.

The role requires 3+ years of Dynamics experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with clients and teams across projects. Transferable Iqama is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM platforms and business processes.
• Experience in configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with clients and end-users is preferred.
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions according to business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective Dynamics solutions.
• Provide technical and functional support to end-users and troubleshoot system issues.
• Configure modules, workflows, forms, reports, and system integrations.
• Monitor system performance and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Collaborate with clients, business teams, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and system specifications.
• Conduct user training and assist with system adoption.
• Manage system upgrades, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
